Circus

We went to the Circus on Tuesday. Ethan took these great pictures of the action. This is a tiger jumping from one platform to another.
These are poodles dancing in a line. The poodles did some really cool tricks. The kids' favorite was when they rode scooters around the ring, kicking the floor with their back left feet. It was adorable. I personally thought that the fact that they were all dyed pink and blue was a little bit creepy, but the girls liked it.

The elephant act was another big highlight. I hear talk of animal cruelty surrounding elephants in circuses, and it might be true, but these elephants seemed to be having a good time. Maybe elephants just always look happy.

There were a few really fantastic acrobat acts, but none of the pictures turned out very well. Ethan loved the motorcycle riders in the "globe of death". They had 3 motorcycles in a big ball that could probably fit in Blake's room, all going around and upside down. It was wild! But the kids' very favorite part of the circus was getting to ride the elephant. (Now THAT is probably animal cruelty!)
